In the meantime, if you receive an error message when attempting to contact me via my website, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for your patience.
In light of our current weather, I am letting everyone know that I will be in search of Spring from March 24th and will be back on the grid Tuesday, April 1st. Not sure what my internet access will be like, so please be patient and I will return all voice mails and emails upon my return.
I promise to bring Spring back with me if I find it.

If you have not experienced the beauty of Sycamore Hill Gardens, you will have the opportunity to do so this coming Sunday on Mother's Day. Every year the Hanford's generously open their private gardens for the annual Mother's Day Tour and Art Exhibit. All the proceeds go to benefit one of our area's greatest treasures, Baltimore Woods Nature Center. Rain or shine, pack a picnic, and take in the breathtaking grounds.
The gardens will be open on Sunday, May 8th from 11am to 4pm. You may buy tickets at the event itself for $10. Children under 8, the admission is free. Free parking as well!
I love this place, and so will you!
Not sure what the weather is doing where you are, but here in Central New York it is gray, cold and just icky. I keep looking out the studio window and just get depressed at what I see. So, to snap out of my March Melancholy, I decided to dive into my files and pull out some fun, colorful and warm photos to share with you and hopefully cheer me up. And they did. Putting these shots together of Emily, Elizabeth and Jessica, I can feel the sun on my shoulders and smell the summer breeze. It feels great, and as long as I don't turn my head to the right and look out the window I can believe I am there!
Thank you girls for the sunshine on my shoulders.
Lauren and Michael tied the knot in front of family and friends on April 17th at The Lodge here in Skaneateles. Once again, I had a great time with a very playful bride and groom, props and all. Thank you to Backyard Garden for a beautiful bouquet to photograph, and most of all The Patisserie for the coolest cake I have ever seen. Lauren and Michael have two dogs that they left behind in Michigan with a friend but made their presence as the cake topper. It was sweet!
Here's a quick peek at a few from a fun wedding!
Thank you Lauren & Michael.
What a riot.

On August 1st, Megan and Ryan tied the knot here in Skaneateles with the reception at the awesome Hobbit Hollow. I just love that spot with all the hills and beautiful scenery. It makes for just a stunning backdrop for a beautiful wedding and couple. And, on top of that all the detail with the signs and flowers were amazing. Just love the flowers from Thea Folls. I really love the simplicity of her little works of art! What a wonderful and fun wedding it was Megan and Ryan! Thank you for everything!
Here are a few to peek at!
